This time it was checked to Barer and he made it 27,300 finding one caller in Pogodin. A river didn’t see any further action and the of Pogodin lost out to the of Barer.
There are a few short stacks looking to double up to get back in contention. One of them is Jack Salter and after a raise of 4,100 from Buyanjargal Bold Salter moved all in from the big blind and got a fold to add a few precious chips to his stack.
A few hands later Salter opened from the cut-off and Man Hang Cheng in the blind had a long think before letting him have the pot.
