Saab Crippled, Sucks Out, Then Re-Sucks Out

David Saab has just been crippled by Cyril Jassinowsky when his {4-Hearts}{4-Spades} was out-flopped by Jassinowsky's {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}, when the board ran out {Q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{K-Hearts}.

Left with 1,100, Saab pushed next hand with only five-and-a-half big blinds with {J-Spades}{4-Spades} and flopped a flush against Jassinowsky's {A-Spades}{4-Diamonds} when the board filled {7-Spades}{K-Spades}{Q-Spades}{J-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}.

Now with 2,200, Saab was at it again, all in preflop with {A-Spades}{2-Diamonds} against {K-Spades}{9-Diamonds} with board running out {4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{6-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{5-Spades}.

After all of that, Saab is pretty much back to his starting stack with 4,400 in chips.

Putt Takes Out Higgs

Higgs halted
Higgs halted
With blinds at 100-200 Sam Higgs opened the button to 500. Graeme "KiwiG" Putt then slid out a stack of white 500-value chips to put Higgs all in. Higgs looked down at what remained of his 2,000-chip stack and made the call.

Putt: {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}
Higgs: {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}

The board fell {A-Spades}{5-Spades}{Q-Spades}{9-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} to see Putt send Higgs to the rail in the third match to progress to Round Three.

Putt Back to Square

Sam Higgs raised to 375 from the button and Graeme "KiwiG" Putt made the call.

The flop fell down {6-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Putt checked to Higgs, who fired out 500. Putt instantly moved all in and was called by Higgs.

Higgs: {Q-Hearts}{Q-Spades}
Putt: {J-Hearts}{3-Hearts}

Putt would take the lead when the {J-Clubs} fell on the turn and with a {10-Clubs} landing on the river Putt would square the ledger at one apiece.

Saab Struggling

Jassinowsky applying some pressure
Jassinowsky applying some pressure
David Saab is getting put under some heat by his Round Two opponent Cyril Jassinowsky.

"I bet, I get raised, doesn't matter what street . . . unless it's preflop," stated Saab as he tried to laugh it off.

Saab however is in the lead in his round, but is trailing in this match having about 2,400 to Jassinowsky's 7,600 at blinds of 50-100.
