Julian Powell is now under half of his starting stack. In the last hand before the break, Powell opened to 700 from under the gun and found three callers from middle position, the button and the big blind. On the {7-Hearts}

flop, the big blind checked and Powell fired 1,100, both the middle position and button players folded, and the big blind called.

Powell made it 1,600 and was check-raised to 4,000. After counting off his stack, Powell eventually folded, leaving just 8,400 behind. He'll need to reverse his fortunes to get his Main Event back on track.
