The players are back from their dinner break and ready to play some cards.
Blinds will be 500/1000 with a 100 ante so lets get rid of those 25 denomination chips and get the big pots brewing!
Level: 10
Blinds: 500/1,000
Ante: 100
Go eat everyone, it's dinner time!
The players will have exactly one hour to themselves before play kicks back off.
See you back here at 8:10 p.m EST for the re-commencement of play.
Tyron Krost's elimination was inevitable after leaving himself with a stack made up of two 25 denomination chips, not even enough to post the 75 ante.
Krost was down to this tiny stack after losing a flip holding against an opponent who he had covered by 50 chips, holding
.
The very next hand Krost would post the ante and be allin. With his bounty on the cards there were 6 players who came along for the ride.
When the flop came with a on it there was one player who bet out and would end up taking down the pot, eliminating Krost and taking the AUD$1,000 bounty as Krost mucked his cards and headed to the rail.
There is currently only a handful of bounties remaining and three of them were at the same table. We say "were" because that is the latest table to be broken and moved around the room.
The players in question were Bruno Portaro, Marsha Waggoner and Steve Yea.
For your information there were some jokingly made cries to not be move from the other players at the table.
Ash Gupta's rollercoaster afternoon might finally slow down now that he has managed to double-up a couple of times.
The latest double came when Gupta had a player allin holding against Gupta's
.
When the board ran out Gupta would take down the pot and eliminate the player as he moves to around 20,000.
Marsha Waggoner has a bounty around her neck and when she moved allin for her remaining 4,500 the rest of her table were licking their lips.
Although the prospect of taking down the bounty is desirable, if you don't have the cards, you don't have the cards and as such all players folded around to Bruno Portaro in the small blind. Portaro having a big stack in front of him and already invested in the pot made the call. Steve Yea was in the big blind and eventually decided to fold his hand, showing the .
"I only looked at one card," Portaro said before turning over his . Waggoner was out in front with
.
The board ran out and Waggoner doubled up and stays alive, while Portaro takes a slight hit.
If Full Tilt Red Pro Yea had have made the call he would have taken the pot, taken the bounty and sent Waggoner home. But you can't win pots on "what if's!"
