Lisandro's Set Nets Him a Double

Level 6 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

After Jeffrey Lisandro raised, James Obst three-bet to 40,500 from the button. Lisandro called and the flop came down {10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}. Lisandro checked and Obst bet 42,000. Lisandro made the call.

The turn card was the {Q-Clubs} and Lisandro checked. Obst moved all in to put Lisandro to the test. The test was an easy one as Lisandro snapped him off with the {6-Spades}{6-Clubs} for a set of sixes. Obst held the {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}.

"Don't do it to me," said Lisandro getting up from his chair. "Don't turn a king."

Bloom Fades and Doubles

Level 6 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Tony Bloom raised to 14,000 from the hijack seat. Alexander Kostritsyn called from the big blind and the flop came down {10-Hearts}{8-Spades}{2-Diamonds}. Kostritsyn check-called a bet of 16,000 from Bloom and the two went to fourth street.

The turn brought the {J-Diamonds} and Kostritsyn fired 30,000. Bloom moved all in for 97,500 and Kostritsyn made the call holding the {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}. His open-ended straight draw and flush draw combo was up against the {10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} for Bloom. Kostritsyn also held a king that would give him a better pair.

Level 6 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante
Jay Kinkade
Jay Kinkade

David Benyamine limped the high-jack which prompted Jay "SEABEAST" Kinkade to follow and also enter the pot in the cut-off. This allowed Erik Seidel and Tony Bloom in the blinds to also see the flop of {Q-Clubs}{10-Spades}{J-Hearts}.

The blinds checked to Benyamine who pushed 13,000 out to test the waters. The response from Kinkade was his full 84,000 in chips. Seidel and Bloom got out of the way and Benyamine made the call.

Benyamine: {8-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Kinkade: {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}

The turn feel the {9-Spades} giving Kinkade some chop outs too, but when the {A-Hearts} fell on the river, Kinkade would be eliminated from the tournament.
