Antonius Lives in a Nice House

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

From middle position, Chris Moorman raised to 38,000. Patrik Antonius called from the hijack seat and Jeff Rossiter called from the cutoff seat. David Gorr also called from the small blind.

The flop came down {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} with four players in action and Gorr was first. He checked and Moorman fired 92,000. Antonius called, Rossiter folded and Gorr called.

The turn card was the {5-Diamonds} to complete some of the draws on the board. Gorr didn't waste any time getting tricky and bet out 200,000. Moorman folded and Antonius made the call.

The {A-Clubs} then paired the board on the river. Gorr checked and Antonius thought for a bit before firing a big bet of 800,000. Gorr tanked and then made the call.

"Full house," said the Terminator, Antonius, turning over the {3-Diamonds}{3-Spades}. Gorr mucked.

Antonius won the pot and knocked Gorr to around 1.2 million as he took the chip lead and moved to over three million.

King High is Good

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Chris Moorman raised preflop and was called by James Keys before the dealer put the {A-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} in the middle. Moorman fired 60,000 and Keys called.

The turn card was the {8-Hearts} and both players checked. They also checked after the {10-Clubs} fell on the river.

Moorman tabled the {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} for king high and Keys mucked.

Antonius Clips Moorman

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Chris Moorman entered the pot from the button with a raise to 38,000 which Patrik Antonius defended from his big blind.

On the {9-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{4-Spades} flop, Antonius check-called a 57,000-chip bet as the {9-Spades} on the turn saw both players check.

With the river landing the {8-Hearts}, Antonius paused for a few moments before tossing out five chocolate 25,000-denomination chips amounting to a 125,000-chip bet.

Moorman deliberated for nearly two minutes before laying his hand down to see Antonius collect the pot to move to 2,095,000 while Moorman drops to 1,750,000 in chips.

Big Action on the First Hand

The final eight
The final eight

From early position, Jeff Rossiter raised to 38,000 on the first hand. Randy Dorfman flat-called in the next spot in middle position and then action folded all the way around to James Keys in the big blind. Keys three-bet to 109,000, but the aggression didn't stop there.

The original raiser Rossiter didn't go away quietly. He four-bet to 238,000. Dorfman was next up and if anyone thought he was going to quickly fold, they were terribly, terribly wrong. Dorfman tanked for a bit and then five-bet to 570,000 after having flatted the original openeing raise. Keys quickly folded and Rossiter folded as well.

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

"Excuse me Patrik, can you please do a mic check?" asked one of the TV crew.

"1, 2, 3, 4, 5" Patrik Antonius uttered into the mic.

"Do you mind keep going?" continued the TV crew member.

"6, 7, 10, 12, 15... million!" Antonius added before breaking into a small micro-second long smile.
