Things turned around when he flopped a straight, got it in three ways versus top pair and a flush draw, and held to triple up.
In a battle of the blinds a little later, he flopped an open-ender, and when a turned to make his straight, it also gave his opponent top pair.
He got it in on the river and got called to drag another huge pot. As play moves into the late stages here in Flight 4, Paton appears to be on the top of the counts.
Davor Derek opened to 3,300 and Wenlin Wang three-bet all in for 9,000 with the

Darryll Fish confirmed that Jesse Sylvia has been eliminated. Former big stack Dale Townsend is no longer above average anymore either. He just open-raised to 2,900 and then folded to a shove to leave himself with 15 big blinds.
