Fish Again!

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Raiden Kan shoved the small blind and Darryll Fish called all-in in the big with the {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}.

Kan had the {a-Hearts}{3-Hearts} and hit the {3-Spades}{k-Spades}{7-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} board, but a pair of threes was not enough to sink Fish and he doubled.

Fish Picks Up Aces

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

After he had limped in with them preflop, Darryll Fish got it in with the {a-Clubs}{a-Spades} on a {2-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop versus David Leas and his {4-Spades}{5-Hearts} straight draw.

Leas was open-ended, but missed on the {q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} run out, doubling Fish.

Szymon Sobanda made it 25,000 and Takashi Ogura pushed in for 150,000 behind.

Sobanda got a count and made the call with the {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}.

Ogura's tournament life was riding on the {a-Spades}{j-Spades}, but he bowed out sixth after the {q-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{3-Spades} board only improved Sobanda.

Six-Handed Slow Down

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Action has slowed down since the last double up. In fact, the last two hands have ended in walks for the big blind.

Shorter stacks Darryll Fish and Kyle White have each pushed in preflop over the past half hour, but no one called.

Ogura Finds A Double

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Takashi Ogura shoved the small blind for a little under 100,000 and David Leas looked him up in the big with the {a-Spades}{3-Hearts}.

Ogura was in trouble with the {j-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}, but smashed the {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}{10-Spades} flop, riding to the double up after the {10-Clubs} turn and {4-Diamonds} river.

Rotus Haoran Zhang ran the {a-Spades}{10-Hearts} into David Leas {k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}, doubling him up on a {j-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{7-Spades}{4-Diamonds} board.

A hand later, Zhang shoved over a 21,000 Raiden Kan open and Kan called with the {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}.

Zhang had the {3-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and the remainder of his stack was deposited in Kan's when the board ran out {6-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{6-Spades}{9-Hearts}, bringing no surprises.
