Addamo Loses with Two Pair

Level 4 : 300/600, 75 ante

On a board of {10-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Spades}{6-Hearts} we saw Michael Addamo bet 3,400 from the big blind. Niall Farrell in the cutoff made the call. The {2-Clubs} on the river made for four to a straight on the board and Addamo bet 12,700. Farrell instantly called and was shown {4-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} by Addamo. Addamo's two pair proved no good as Farrell tabled {10-Hearts}{10-Spades} for top set and he took down the sizable pot.

Big Slick Doesn't Doesn't Do the Trick for He

Level 4 : 300/600, 75 ante

"All in and a call, Table 32," a dealer shouted.

We made out way over to discover Timo He had his last 26,000 in the middle and was at risk against New Zealand's [Removed:17].

Yan: {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
He: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

It was a classic flip, but not after the {8-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop blanked for He, who threw up his hands as if to say, "Where's my help?"

Neither the {5-Hearts} turn nor {8-Diamonds} river was what he was looking for, and he exited the tournament floor while the dealer pushed the pot to Yan.

Queen-Six Does it For Lim

Level 4 : 300/600, 75 ante

Daniel Lim, who won a big pot off Brian Yoon in the second level, just found himself all in and at risk against Darryll Fish.

Lim limped under the gun after which the button called, and Sam Greenwood completed from the small blind. Darryll Fish, in the big blind, raised to 3,000 and Lim called right away. The player on the button called as well, and Greenwood folded to create three-way action on the flop.

The flop brought out {2-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Fish checked to Lim, who moved all in right away for 14,100. The button folded, but Fish tanked for a bit before making the call, and the showdown went as follows.

Fish: {A-Hearts}{K-Clubs}
Lim: {Q-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}

The turn brought the {10-Spades} and the river the {4-Spades}, giving Lim a double up, while Fish still had lots of chips in front of him.

Mercier Won't Be Pushed Around

Level 4 : 300/600, 75 ante

With around 5,000 in the pot and a flop of {6-Hearts}{a-Spades}{5-Diamonds}, Dominik Nitsche checked from the big blind and Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier bet 2,150 from the under-the-gun position. The player on the button called, and then Nitsche sprung to life with a check-raise to 8,500.

Mercier thought long and hard before pushing back with a three-bet to 15,200, the player on the button folded, and Nitsche snap-released.

Giesbrecht Headed Back in the Right Direction

Level 4 : 300/600, 75 ante
Sean Giesbrecht
Sean Giesbrecht

"Got a break at a good time, hemorrhaging down to 17k," Sean Giesbrecht tweeted on the break. "Time to get serious"

It seems he took it to heart as he just won a nice pot off Vladimir Troyanovskiy, who is fresh off his fifth-place finish in the 2016 PCA Main Event.

It happened when Giesbrecht opened for 1,500 from the cutoff and Alex Trevallion called from the small blind. Troyanovskiy came along from the big and three players took a flop of {2-Spades}{6-Clubs}{a-Hearts}. Two checks saw Giesbrecht continue for 2,100, Trevallion folded, and Troyanovskiy woke up with a check-raise to 4,700.

Giesbrecht made the call, both players checked the {10-Clubs} turn, and Troyanovskiy fired out 5,300 on the {J-Spades} river. Giesbrecht snap-called and Troyanovskiy sheepishly showed the {8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for a bluff. Giesbrecht then tabled the {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} for a pair of aces and the win.
