Who's Locking Up a Final Table Seat?

Fedor Holz, still in contention
Fedor Holz, still in contention

When play gets back underway at 12:30 local time (in about an hour time), 36 players will take their seat. All of them are guaranteed AUD$30,000 right now, but they're gunning for a seat at the Final Table and get in the best position to win the first-place prize of AUD$1,600,000.

Play will be 6-handed from here on out, as per tradition at the Aussie Millions. Blinds will start at 5,000/10,000 with just over 43 minutes left in the level.

Leading the pack is Italian superstar Mustapha Kanit who, after crushing on Day 1b and having a bit of a slower Day 2, demolished the opposition again on Day 3. He gathered 2,318,000 in chips so far, more than double to his closest competitor (Marc Macdonnell, 1,078,000). Shortest stack coming back today is Brian Altman who'll just have five big blinds to start with.

Play gets underway in an hour, sit back and enjoy another full day of coverage of the Aussie Millions Main Event.
