The turn was the {4-Clubs} and both players checked. The river was the {a-Diamonds} and Lewis bet 15,000. His opponent thought before calling, but mucked instantly when shown {a-Spades}{3-Spades} for two pair.

Kanit Shows the Bluff

Level 7 : 500/1,200, 1,200 ante

Mustapha Kanit raised to 2,600 from under the gun and Jonathan Abdellatif called in the small blind, as did the big blind.

The flop landed {5-Spades}{J-Clubs}{A-Clubs}, and action checked to Kanit who continued for 2,000. Abdellatif folded, but the big blind called as the {7-Diamonds} landed on the turn.

The big blind checked, Kanit bet 5,800, and his opponent called as the river fell the {3-Hearts} and the big blind checked once more.

Kanit pushed all in for 17,600, and his opponent folded.

Kanit tabled his {9-Spades}{8-Spades} for just nine-high as he collected the pot.
