flop Billy 'The Croc' Argyros checked to an opponent who over-bet the pot of about 5,000 by sliding out a bet of 11,000.
Argyros then check-raised all in for 34,600. His opponent thought, asked for his initial bet to be pulled in, and thought a while longer.
Argyros buried his face in his hands as his opponent mulled things over before flicking his cards into the muck.
"Fold," said someone at the table, and a relieved-looking Argyros lifted his head and collected his newly-acquired chips.
