Nemeth Eliminated by Otto

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante
Andras Nemeth
Andras Nemeth

On the turn with the board reading {9-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{9-Spades}{7-Spades} and the pot sitting at roughly 15,000, Andras Nemeth bet out 9,000 from the big blind and Ryan Otto called in late position.

The river landed the {8-Clubs} and Nemeth announced he was all in for 36,725. Otto quickly called and tabled his {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} for a flopped full house.

Nemeth mucked, and then headed to the rail.

Awerbuch Shows Tian the Bluff

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

Chad Awerbuch raised to 800 from the button and was called by Hao Tian in the big blind.

Both players checked the {a-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} flop followed by the {k-Diamonds} on the turn.

The {8-Hearts} completed the board and Tian looked down at his cards before checking his option. Awerbuch reached for his chips and tossed out 1,050. Tian folded shortly after.

Awerbuch then table {4-Clubs}{2-Clubs} for four-high before raking in the small pot.

Ashish Gupta
Ashish Gupta

The board showed {a-Clubs}{j-Spades}{k-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and Ash Gupta had fired out 3,300 from the big blind.

His opponent seated in the hijack tanked for a minute before making the call.

Gupta then casually tabled {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} for two pair and took down the pot after his opponent mucked his hand.

Straight Flush for Graham

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

The player in the big blind bet out 1,000 after the river card dropped on the {9-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} board. Jarred Graham was also in the hand, and raised it up to 3,500, from the hijack. His opponent deliberated for a moment and made the call.

Graham then tabled his {a-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} for a straight flush and pushed the {8-Hearts} slightly forward. His opponent tabled {q-Hearts}{j-Spades} and thought he had won with his queen after not noticing Graham's unbeatable hand.

Once he finally noticed the two shared a laugh before Graham raked in the pot.

Straight for Bicknell Over Heidorn

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante
Kristen Bicknell
Kristen Bicknell

Both Robert Heidorn and Kristen Bicknell commit 1,000 preflop in a battle-of-the-blinds to see a {8-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{7-Spades} flop.

Heidorn checked to Bicknell, and she bet 800. Heidorn called, and then both players checked the {K-Diamonds} on the turn.

The river landed the {5-Hearts}, and Heidorn bet out 2,700.

Bicknell thought for a few moments, and then called.

Heidorn tabled his {7-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} for two pair, but it would be Bicknell's {6-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for a straight that would earn her the pot.

The {J-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{K-Spades}{9-Clubs} board checked through to the river where Addamo tabled his {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and both Young and Marquez mucked.

No Rest for the Wicked

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante
Craig McCorkell and Toby Lewis
Craig McCorkell and Toby Lewis

Defending Aussie Millions champion Toby Lewis finished 2nd in the A$ 25,000 Challenge and claimed the Aussie Millions ring in the A$ 50,000 Challenge after both events ended with a deal and blind flip to end the tournaments. Lewis lost the first flip against Rainer Kempe, but defeated Manig Loeser not long ago to take home the lion's portion of the prize pool.

After just a short break, Lewis entered Day 1c of the Main Event and sits right next to fellow countryman Craig McCorkell with other notables such as David Yan, Natalie Teh, Tsugunari Toma and Yosuke Sekiya also all seated at his table.

Lewis defended his small blind and check-called a bet of Yan for 1,500 on the {6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop. The {4-Diamonds} turn and a blank river were checked and Yan showed king-ten high, which Lewis had beat with {A-Hearts}{4-Hearts}.

Runner-up Loeser has also entered the Main Event already, but lost a decent chunk of his stack thus far.
