Stewart remained in the tournament after seeing the 5♠ river and Mayer was taken down a few.
From under the gun, Jesse Stanley moved all in for 635,000. It folded all the way round to the big blind with Sheldon Mayer making the call.

The 8♠5♦4♠ flop gave Mayer a gutshot and the turn 3♦ left him open-ended, with plenty of outs to send Stanley home. The 2♠ completed his straight, and Stanley exited in 14th place for $77,000.

Mayer check-called a 225,000 bet from Boskovic on the 5♦5♣7♥ flop and check-raised a 400,000 bet from Boskovic to 1,100,000 on the 9♣ turn. Boskovic called.
Both players checked down on the 4♦ river and Mayer showed K♠Q♣ for king-high.
Boskovic revealed A♥A♦ and was sent the large pot.
Dejan Boskovic opened to 120,000 on the button and Malcolm Trayner defended the big blind.
The pair saw a 10♥K♦7♥ flop and Trayner bet out 75,000. Boskovic called, and the pair saw a 6♦ turn.
Trayner asked for 150,000 and Boskovic paid to see the Q♣ river. Trayner moved out 480,000, sending Boskovic into the tank.
Boskovic moved out three time cards but only needed 30 seconds before deciding to jam, putting his 1,965,000 stack at risk. It was Trayner's turn to tank, loosing one if his time banks. He found a call and Boskovic celebrated and tabled his A♣J♣ for the top straight which he picked up by the river.
Trayner couldn't get away and showed Q♥10♣, having rivered two pair.
Michael Kanaan opened to 120,000 from the cutoff and was three-bet to 350,000 by Michael Zhang in the small blind. Action was back on Kanaan, who announced he was all in for just over 2,000,000 total. Zhang snap-called and hands were revealed.

It was a nightmare scenario for Kanaan, whose Cowboys were crushed by Zhang's aces.
The J♦5♥10♦6♠J♠ runout kept Zhang's aces best and Kanaan was sent out in 15th place.
Hieu Nguyen raised to 120,000 from under the gun. Ricky Vikas was in the cutoff and three-bet to 360,000.
Victor Dai four-bet all in for 1,080,000. Nguyen folded and Vikas called.

Action checked to Stanley, who continued for 325,000 on the 9♣2♣3♦ flop. Trayner folded and Mayer called, but Chow announced he was all in for 870,000 total. Mayer and Stanley both called.
The 10♥ fell on the turn and Mayer announced he was all in for approximately 2,000,000. Stanley let his hand go after a bit of thought and a showdown was held for the massive pot.

Both players held flush draws and pairs, but Mayer had Chow dominated in both departments.
The 7♥ river kept Mayer best with his pair of tens and Chow was eliminated in 17th place.
Jun Wen Ooi opened to 120,000 from under the gun and Kanaan Youkhanna called from the hijack. Mishel Anunu also defended the big blind, taking the players three-ways to the A♦9♥2♠ flop.
Action checked to Ooi who bet 300,000. Youkhanna made it 800,000 and the big blind folded. Ooi moved all in for his remaining 1,920,000. Youkhanna remarked "Did you hit two pair or a set?" before calling off the stack, taking the pair to showdown.
