Tristan Wade
Tristan Wade

Josh Chen, placed third in the $2,500 No Limit Hold'em event last night, opened from middle position and just behin him, Paris Sitzoukis moved all in for about 270,000 in the hijack. Tristan Wade also moved all in for slighty less on the button and action folded back to Chen, who called to put both players at risk.

Paris Sitzoukis: AQAll in
Josh Chen: AQ

Wade was looking for a jack to keep his run alive, but the AK967 runout left Sitzoukis and Chen best with their queen-kickers and they split up the rest of Wade's chips.

Van Wijk up Big After Three-Way Clash

Level 12 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Three ways on a flop of 4Q4, Michael Addamo checked from the big blind and Armon Van Wijk checked from the hijack to Cheng Gu, who bet 65,000. Addamo called, but Van Wijk then check-raised to 135,000. Both Cheng and Addamo called.

Action checked through on the 7 turn and Addamo used up a time bank before checking on the K river. Van Wijk fired 340,000 into the middle, which got two quick folds from Gu and Addamo to award Van Wijk the substantial pot.

Del Toro Spikes the River to Send Prill Packing

Level 12 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Bernardo Del Toro
Bernardo Del Toro

Timon Prill opened to 30,000 from the hijack and was called by Yu Hai Kee in the small blind. Bernardo Del Toro then announced he was all in from the big blind for a bit under 600,000 and Prill called all in for approximately 300,000. Kee got out of the way and a showdown was held between Prill and Del Toro.

Timon Prill: QQAll in
Bernardo Del Toro: KQ

The 894 flop and 3 turn left Prill one card away from a double up, but the K river paired Del Toro's king on the end to end Prill's run in dramatic fashion.

Colaneri Lightens the Field

Level 12 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Christopher Colaneri
Christopher Colaneri

Christopher Colaneri opened from early position and Johan Schumacher shoved for his last 211,000 from late position. The player in the big blind moved all in for a bit less and Colaneri called to put both players at risk.

Big blind: AQAll in
Johan Schumacher: KJAll in
Christopher Colaneri: AA

Colaneri had both players crushed with his rockets, and the 108767 runout changed nothing — eliminating both Schumacher and the big blind and sending the large pot Colaneri's way.

Duan Takes From Ghezelbash

Level 11 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Ali Ghezelbash opened to 28,000 from the cutoff and was called by the player on the button and Chao Duan in the big blind for a three-way pot.

Duan checked to Ghezelbash, who continued for 35,000 on the Q53 flop. The button folded and Duan called.

Duan then called a 75,000 bet from Ghezelbash on the 3 turn before leading out for 25,000 after the Q double paired the board.

Ghezelbash looked Duan up and Duan turned over QJ for queens-full. Ghezelbash showed he held JJ for jacks-up and sent them into the muck.
