Aces Aces Aces

Gernot Abl raises to $2100 UTG and is reraised to $4500 from the cutoff. Ian Schoots moves all in from the Button and Gernot moves all in as well. The cutoff goes into the tank for an eternity and eventually folds.

Ian turns over Pocket Aces. Gernot smiles and opens the other two Aces.

The cutoff screams "no Queen!" when the Flop comes down, claiming he folded Queens, and wouldn't you know it - the {Q-Hearts} hits the Flop.

We detect the scent of Tilt in the air!

A Tale of Two Hachems

Both Hachem brothers involved for all their chips early on in play. Tony Hachem was eliminated when he took {J-Spades}{K-Hearts} into battle against {A-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}, The flop of {6-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} didn't help Tony and the {Q-Spades} on the turn kept his outs about the same. The {4-Spades} on the river ended Tony's day, and he is out of the tournament.

Only about 50 feet away, Tony's brother Joe Hachem was moved in preflop with {9-Clubs}{K-Hearts}, and was called by the big blind with {Q-Clubs}{10-Spades}. The doorcard was the {10-Hearts}, but as the flop was spread out, the {K-Diamonds} popped out, and Joe was in business. The rest of the board was no help for either player, and Joe has doubled up to about 25,000 in chips.
