Moschel Cracks Aces

Level 15 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
Ben Moschel
Ben Moschel

Four players saw a {10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Hearts} flop and Ben Moschel bet 20,000 into about 25,000 from the cutoff. Two players folded after him but big blind Ryan Lenaghan shoved all in. Moschel quickly called for about 54,000.

Moschel: {9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Lenaghan: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}

Lenaghan picked up plenty of outs on the {6-Hearts} turn but the {q-Clubs} river missed him.

Right Back Atcha

Level 15 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Roger Vi had taken a beat in doubling up Ben Moschel, but turnabout was fair play when he jammed early with {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} and Moschel woke up with {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}. The {10-Hearts}{3-Spades}{q-Clubs} flop saw Moschel need the redraw but he missed on the {5-Clubs} and {4-Spades}.

Ben Moschel Doubles Through Vi

Level 15 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Ben Moschel shoved for 29,500 in the big blind over an under-the-gun open from Roger Vi to 8,000 and a call from the player on the button. Vi called and the third player mucked.

Vi: {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Moschel: {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}

Moschel paired on the flop to survive as it ran {8-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Spades}.

Israelashvili Runs into it

Level 15 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
Roland Israelashvili
Roland Israelashvili

Daniel Sepiol raised to 7,000 from an early position and tossed in a calling chip when Roland Israelashvili shoved from the big blind for about 84,000.

Sepiol: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
Israelashvili: {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}

The {k-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} flop was grim for Israelashvili as it paired Sepiol, and the {8-Clubs} confirmed his demise.

Shin Pays Off a Small Raise

Level 15 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Mike Shin was in the cutoff and bet 7,000, about half the pot, on {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} after Lewis Robledo checked from the big blind. Robledo called and both players checked the {7-Clubs}, bringing a {3-Spades}. Robledo checked and Shin bet 12,000. Robledo put in 28,000.

After about 30 seconds, Shin called but couldn't beat {j-Hearts}{7-Hearts}.

Wilkie Eliminated

Level 14 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Steve Wilkie shove in the hijack for his last 23,000 and was called by the player on his left. He turned over a dominated {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} against {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}. The board ran {9-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}, eliminating Wilkie.

Moschel on Fumes

Level 14 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

It hasn't been a good Day 2 for Ben Moschel, who has lost seemingly every pot he's played.

The most recent came on a board of {10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}, when Lewis Robledo led into him for 30,000 from an early position. Moschel, in the next seat, called to bring a {k-Hearts}. Robledo instantly jammed for about 40,000 more and Moschel needed only moments to fold.

Vue Drawing Slim, Busted

Level 14 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

On a flop of {9-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{a-Clubs} in a multi-way pot, action checked to the cutoff, where Lewis Robledo put in a bet of 17,000, a large sizing into a pot close to 20,000. Xiong Vue shoved on his left for about 55,000, and Ryan Lenaghan woke up with a jam as well from early position. That folded out Robledo.

Lenaghan showed {a-Hearts}{7-Hearts} for top pair and the nut flush draw and a sickened Vue turned over {5-Hearts}{3-Hearts}, needing a miracle with a weaker draw. Any chance he had closed out on the {7-Spades} turn.
