Kaiwen Wei raised to 50,000 from the button with A♦K♣. Samy Boujmala defended the big bling with 10♥9♥.

Wei fired out a bet of 25,000 when the flop came Q♥K♠Q♣, Boujmala called. Wei checked behind when the Q♠ was dealt in the turn. Boujmala lead 200,000 on the K♥ river and Wei snap-called.

This pot catapulted Wei into second place.

Boujmala bet 30,000 when the flop came J♣8♣6♣. Thrush called. Action went check-check on the 6♥ turn and Thrush decided to lead for 80,000 on the 8♠ river, and Boujmala called. Thrush scooped with a full house.
