Andrews First to Fall
Level 3
: Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Matthew Zambanini opened to 700 from middle position, and Cherish Andrews on his left stuck in a call. Action folded to Jordan Glazer on the button, who opted to three-bet to 3,500. Zambanini folded, but Andrews stuck around.
On a flop of 5♣3♠2♣ Andrews checked over to her opponent, who went for a continuation-bet of 2,800. Andrews check-raised to 7,500, Glazer three-bet to 14,800, and Andrews responded by moving all in for 19,200. Glazer seemed pained, but made the call.
Cherish Andrews: J♠J♦
Jordan Glazer: K♠K♦
Glazer had a commanding lead, one which he kept on the 10♠A♣ runout to confirm his opponent's elimination. Andrews has since re-entered the tournament.
