Evola Shows One
Level 5
: Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Salvatore Evola opened to 1,500 under the gun, and Mike Gao called on the button. Small blind Brandon Hamlet three-bet to 5,500, and only Evola called.
Hamlet continued for 3,000 on the A♠3♥9♠ flop, and Evola put in the call, bringing in the 8♠ turn. Here, Hamlet slowed down with a check, then snap-folded to his opponent's snap-shove.
Evola showed the J♣ which brought a disapproving shake of the head from Hamlet.
Elsewhere, Kharlin Sued and Jeremy Becker took their seats.
