Day 1f, the sixth and final starting flight in the $500 Almighty Mighty stack, has begun with 29 players currently registered.
Players begin with a 100,000 starting stack, and levels will be 25 minutes in this flight. Late registration remains open for the first 12 levels. The day will conclude once 12.5 percent of the field remains.
A player in the big blind bet 10,000 on a flop of 4♣2♥9♠ and Frank Bland called in the hijack.
The turn was the 2♠ and the big blind bet another 25,000. Bland again called, and the 4♦ fell on the river. The big blind then moved all in for 50,000, and Bland took a minute before calling.
The big blind showed 6♣6♦, but Bland had K♥9♦ for two pair to win the pot and send his opponent to the rail. "Only hand I could beat," Bland said as he stacked up around 420,000 after the hand.
A player on the button raised to 10,000 before Damian Alonso three-bet to 35,000 in the small blind. The big blind then four-bet to 90,000 and the button got out of the way, while Alonso moved all in. The big blind called for around 200,000.

The two players were flipping for the big pot, and the at-risk player remained in the lead on the 3♠5♥7♦ flop. The turn, though, was the K♦ to give Alonso the lead, and the 6♣ completed the board on the river to give Alonso the knockout and a stack of around 500,000.
A player in the small blind led out for 15,000 on a flop of 7♣8♣7♥ and San Ho called in early position.
The turn was the Q♣ and the small blind bet another 25,000. Ho again called, and the 8♠ fell on the river. The small blind then bet 50,000, and Ho called.
The small blind showed A♥K♠ for ace-high, while Ho had 7♦4♦ for a full house to win the pot.
The next hand, three players checked to the turn on a board of 3♠A♣7♥10♦ when Paul Spitzberg bet 20,000 from the hijack. Ho then raised to 75,000, and Spitzberg called.
Ho bet 125,000 on the 6♥ river, and Spitzberg folded this time. Ho showed A♥A♠ for top set as he took down another pot to move up past 400,000.
Kimberly Mercer took down the $260 Ladies' Championship yesterday, beating out a field of 107 players to take home the $5,755 top prize.
The event featured a $21,935 prize pool, with the top 15 players finishing in the money.
