Mike McGuinness started the day up front at Table 1, but has busted out. Not one to give up easily, he'll be back.
Tied for second on the all-time Borgata tournament winners list with eight titles, McGuinness is still looking for his first Open Series win. All of his firsts were in one-day events in lesser series (Deepstacks Challenge, Monster Stacks, Mini Series, etc.).
He's come close several times with runner-up finishes and other final table appearances, so it's just a matter of time before he takes home the hefty Borgata Open hotel replica trophy to add to his collection.
