Fishberg Felts Siddiqui

Level 17 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Faisal Siddiqui
Faisal Siddiqui

Faisal Siddiqui bet the turn and called Greg Fishberg's all-in shove holding {a-}{k-} for Ace-high.

Fishberg had {k-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and had turned a pair of nines and also had a heart flush draw.

Siddiqui could not come up with an Ace on the river (a King would have been no good) and was busted during the last level of play.

Fishberg chipped up to about 670,000 and their table broke immediately after the hand.

Michael Lind has also busted out. The clock continues to count down relentlessly toward the end of the flight.

Siddiqui Ships a Double to Wang

Level 16 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Yan Wang
Yan Wang

Yan Wang moved in from the cutoff and Faisal Siddiqui looked him up from the big blind with {a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}. The short-stack Wang had {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs} and was out in front.

The board of {k-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{9-Clubs}{9-Spades} changed nothing and Wang doubled up to 234,000. Siddiqui was left with 403,000.

Joseph Garguilo and Barry Sable
Joseph Garguilo and Barry Sable

Level 15 is done and Flight B players are taking their last break of the day while the purple 500 chips are colored up. They'll return and play two more levels, then call it a night.

Over on Table 9, Joseph Garguilo and Barry Sable are in good spirits, despite the chill in the air here in the Signature Room.

They've got a tough table draw with Faisal Siddiqui and Greg Fishberg in the two seats to their left.

Kale Catches on the River

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Purvesh Kale
Purvesh Kale

On the turn with a board of {q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}, Purvesh Kale (sb) got all-in against the player on his left (bb). His {a-Clubs}{q-Spades} had him out-flopped by the big blind's {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} (two pair).

Then the {a-Diamonds} came on the river, giving Kale aces-up and the double-up to about 620,000.

His opponent was left short-stacked and busted out on the next hand.
