The 2020 Borgata Winter Poker Open has added a new event to the schedule and it will begin today as Event #22: $5,100 High Roller 7-max is slated to start at 5 p.m. local time at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa.
This is scheduled to be a two-day event but may convert to one day depending on how much interest this new event will bring. Players busting out of Day 2 in the $3,500 WPT BWPO can surely jump in and take a shot at this tournament, with the late registration set to remain open, right up until the beginning of level 11. This event will offer just one re-entry per player during this late registration time.
All runners will begin the day with 100,000 in chips and have the blinds start at 500/1,000 with a 1,000 big blind ante. The levels will run 30-minutes in length and there will be a break after every four levels of play. Seating for this event may be limited so make sure to hop into the registration line early to assure you get a seat.

Stephen Deutsch opened to 2,500 from under the gun, Joseph Galdieri three-bet to 27,000 and Robert Brobyn called, Deutsch called as well and the dealer spread out on the flop.
Brobyn moved all in, totaling 23,500 and Deutsch jammed over the top for 66,500 total. Galdieri folded face up and the remaining two tabled their hands.
