Some pandemonium was taking place at Table #1 as John Malczan won a massive pot with aces against kings to climb over 12 million in chips to become the largest stack in the room.
At another table, Yuriy Kudrynskyy from the big blind and Daniel Lazrus from middle position saw a completed board of 7♥6♥2♠10♠K♥ with about 1,050,000 in the middle.
Kudrynskyy led for 825,000 before Lazrus jammed for 3,780,000, sending Kudrynskyy into the tank. The table was preparing to break the following hand as Kudrynskyy's pain was palpable.
Nearly four minutes would roll off the clock before Kudrynskyy opted to let his hand go, and Lazrus returned his cards face down without giving anything away.
John Wilson raised to 200,000 in the cutoff, the big blind moved all in for 700,000, and Wilson called.

The hijack then committed their final 850,000 before it folded to Mario Rodriguez in the big blind, who faced a difficult decision. After a minute's tank, he elected to fold AxKx face up.

Rodriguez was happy to see the J♥5♥2♣ flop, while Gafner's opponents were the opposite as the jacks improved to a set.
