Nick Pupillo was seen picking up his cards and holding them face down as the dealer was completing a runout, signifying that he in the process of being eliminated from the tournament.

Pat Pineda's winning hand of {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts} was in front of him as the runout {5-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{a-Spades}{2-Diamonds} was finished, giving him trip aces with a queen kicker.

According to another player at the table, Pineda had limped his ace-queen from under the gun and Pupillo shoved his remaining chips from middle position with jack-ten. He found himself drawing dead by the turn and was eliminated from the tournament; meanwhile Pineda has been steadily accumulating and finds himself as one of the chip leaders as play continues into the evening.

The turn was {a-Spades} and the small blind checked. Peragallo bet 1,500 and received a call. The river fell {a-Diamonds} to pair the board and the small blind check-called another bet of 2,600 from Peragallo.

Peragallo tabled {9-Spades}{3-Hearts} for aces up and his opponent mucked, wishing him a nice hand as he collected the pot.
