After his table broke, Day 1 chip leader Ionut Voinea sat in front of Romanian streamer Dumitru "Praaap" Barta, the second biggest stack.

A few minutes later, Barta opened to 16,000 from early position, and Voinea called in the small blind.

Voinea called again a continuation bet to 13,000 on the flop J6Q. But when Barta fired a second barrel of 52,000 on the turn 4, Voina folded.

After Gheorghe Vladoiu raised to 17,000 from middle position, Alain El-Hajj defended in the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of 364 which was checked by both players. Then Vladoiu bet 13,000 on the turn K, but El-Hajj didn't back down and called.

The A completed the board, and after Vladoiu checked back, El-Hajj waved is hand to claim the pot as he had A6 for a pair.

Iulian Dragan just called in the small blind after Gheorghe Bilea opened to 12,000 in the cutoff, then checked a flop of 277.

Bilea checked back, and both players checked again the turn 5. However, on the river J, Bilea tried to take the pot, betting 25,000. But immediately, Dragan check-raised to 75,000.

Bilea went into the tank, and eventually folded. Smiling, Dragan showed KQ for a flush and scooped the pot.

Ishida Makes Petcu Fold

Robert Petcu opened to 12,000 from the button, and faced Yuri Ishida in the big blind.

On a flop of 965, Petcu continued with a bet of 16,000. Ishida called, then checked the turn 8. Petcu checked back.

The 4 landed on the turn, ans Ishida decided to take the lead, betting 30,000. A good move as she made Petcu fold.
