Early big stack Ola Brandborn now has no stack at all and is busted. With about 6,000 in the pot preflop, Michele Puzzoni bet on the flop and then called Brandborn's all-in shove.
Arnaud Mattern is not taking it lying down now from Stefano Fiore, whom he doubled up earlier.
With about 3,600 finding its way into the pot before the flop, Fiore bet out 2,400 only for Mattern to make it 6,250 from the cutoff. Fiore thought about it, shook his head, scratched his face and passed.
In addition, all of Joao Barbosa's chips were across the line, suggesting that he was all in.
Furthermore, Barbosa's hand -- -- was face-up, and his opponent Andrea Sighinolfi's hand -- -- was also face-up, rather suggesting that Sighinolfi had called Barbosa all in.
The dealer began to deal a turn... when Sighinolfi removed his current lollipop from his mouth (he seems to have an endless supply) and piped up that what the dealer and some of the players had heard as "Call" was actually "Fold" and he was merely showing his cards before handing them back to the dealer. It seems that "call" and "fold" sound similar in an Italian accent. Much hilarity ensued.
