Day 2 Concludes; Onward to Day 3

It didn't even take our full allotted six levels to whittle the field down from 240 runners to 72 today, quite an impressive feat given that our average stack currently stands at around 50 big blinds.

The list of players who did not cash includes some weighty names -- Daniel Negreanu, Sandra Naujoks, Freddy Deeb and Ivan Demidov are among their unfortunate number. The list of folks who will be coming back tomorrow to battle their way into the serious money reads equally impressively, though -- Mike "Timex" McDonald, Roland de Wolfe, EPT Grand Final runner up Matt Woodward, Noah Boeken and Thierry van den Berg are just a few.

Big stacks going into Day 3 include Matt Lapossie, Carter Phillips and Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier. Join us back at the Casino Barcelona tomorrow from 12.30 GMT+2 when we'll be playing down to our final 24.
