"Ace-jack?" asked Boeken. When the other man shook his head, Boeken revealed with a shrug. "What can I do?" he asked rhetorically.
Boeken's back over 90,000 with that little chip-up pot.

Pagano's kings hold, and he's notched another knockout. The chips of his latest victim push him all the way up to 290,000.
Andreas Eiler called 17,000 on a flop, and then checked behind on the turn. The river came down the and his opponent now tanked up. Eventually he bet out 25,000 - but Eiler called him with and, unable to beat it, his opponent mucked.
On the button, Dutch online stud Bijan Zahmat opened with a raise, and the big blind moved all in with a covering stack. Zahmat had 36,700 chips left, and they all went in as he turned over . He was ahead, but he must not have liked to see his opponent show up , drawing live for the knockout.
But the dealer would save Zahmat as she ran out a board of . No pairs for either man, and Zahmat's ace-high earns him a double up to about 75,000.
From under the gun, Arnaud Mattern opened the pot by flicking out a rainbow raise to 6,600 -- one of each color chip. A couple seats over, Kristoffer Edberg made the call, and action came to Luc Greenwood in position. He made a reraise to 16,500, enough to quickly fold Mattern. Edberg wasn't so easily pacified, though. He took his time studying Greenwood before adding a full stack of yellow T5,000 chips to the pot, a total re-reraise to 106,600. Greenwood frowned quickly and mucked even faster; he's sitting around 160,000 now.
