Nikolaus Teichert started things off with a raise from early position to 1,200. Tim Marsters made the call from the cutoff seat and then 2009 EPT Warsaw champion Christophe Benzimra called from the small blind. Two-time 2011 World Series of Poker gold bracelet winner and Team PokerStars Pro Eugene Katchalov was in the big blind and he also called to see the flop come down {J-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{2-Hearts}.

On the flop, Benzimra checked and Katchalov fired a bet of 2,500. Teichert called, Marsters folded and Benzimra called.

The turn brought the {4-Diamonds} and Benzimra checked. Katchalov stayed on the post-flop accelerator and fired 8,000. Teichert folded and Benzimra called.

The river completed the board with the {9-Clubs} and Benzimra checked. Katchalov didn't slow down, raising his bet to 16,000 and tossing it in the middle. Benzimra tanked for a bit and then made the call. After he did, Katchalov tabled the {J-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for a flopped two pair. Benzimra mucked and Katchalov scooped the pot.
