Chartier Loses More Chips to de Meulder

in a hand between Matthias de Meulder and Sam Chartier. De Meulder checked and Chartier fired 10,200. After a bit of thought, de Meulder check-raised enough to put Chartier all in. Chartier gave it up and saw his stack lose another chunk.
