Martin Jacobson is a surprise early exit from EPT Copenhagen. We reported earlier how he lost a hand against Igor Pihela that left him perilously close to an exit, well Pihela has just finished him off.
Jacobson open shoved 1,300 with 
and received two callers. One of those players was Pihela who held 
and Jacobson was out.
Juha Helppi's day is going swimmingly well so far. He was already in profit but now he has more than 50,000 chips after he eliminated Alexander Ivarsson.
The two were heads-up to a 
flop where all the chips went flying in. Ivarsson opened the drawing 
, behind to the Finn's 
. The board bricked out and Ivarsson made his exit.

The action folded to Nick Bogaert in middle position and he passed but as he did he exposed the 
to the rest of the table. Next to him is Mick Graydon and he raised to 500. One player folded but both Svein Skovli (hijack) and Sylvain Naets (big blind) made the call.
Flop: 
- Naets checked, Graydon continued with a bet of 800 and both opponents called.
Turn: 
- Naets checked again, Graydon kept his foot firmly on the gas and made it 2,200 to play. Skovli called but Naets winched, rubbed his eyes and gave his card back to the dealer, presumably bothered by the fact he had invested 1,300 chips and had nothing to show for them.
River: 
- Graydon sat motionless for a few moments before tapping the table and checking. Skovli checked behind and the hands were revealed.

Team PokerStars Pro Johnny Lodden is up to 36,200 chips after taking down a large pot in a hand with Safwan Al-Farhan of the United Arab Emirates.
Al-Farhan opened the betting to 600 from under the gun and it looked like he was only going to pick up the blinds but at the last moment Lodden, on the button, three-bet to 1,700. Both blinds folded but Al-Farhan made the call.
The dealer put out the 
flop and Al-Farhan lead into Lodden with a 2,100 bet. Lodden called and it was off to the 
flop we went. Al-Farhan sat riffling a pile of green chips before he stopped, picked up 4,500 worth of chips and bet them. Lodden wasted little time in making the call.
The river was the 
and Al-Farhan bet once again, setting the price at 5,500, leaving himself around 21,000 behind. Lodden sprung into action and raised to 15,500 leaving himself just 13,500 to play with. Al-Farhan sighed and did not look happy. He checked his cards again and they had not turned into a pair of aces or jacks and he reluctantly mucked his hand.

Frederik Jensen didn't get on too well in a hand versus the chatty Icelandic Runar Runarsson.
He opened from under the gun and bet a 
flop. Runarsson called both time and check-called when the Dane bet 2,625 on the turn. The river fell 
and Runarsson checked again. Before Jensen made any move his opponent said, "It's hard to bet ace-king now, isn't it?"
He might well have been right as Jensen checked behind and mucked when shown 
for a turned pair.
"Sorry for everything, I'm so bad. I can't fold a gutshot," said Runarsson.
"I noticed!" came Jensen's reply.
