From under the gun, Team PokerStars Pro Nacho Barbero raised to 2,100. Griffin Benger reraised all in for 13,800 from middle position and then action folded to Sam Trickett in the big blind. He thought for a little bit and then reraised all in for around 25,000. Barbero folded and it was Trickett versus Benger.

Trickett held the {A-Clubs} {J-Clubs} and was dominated by the {A-Diamonds} {Q-Spades} for Benger. The board ran out {Q-Hearts} {J-Spades} {10-Clubs} {7-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} and Benger doubled up. Trickett was left short and busted soon after.

From under the gun, Mickey Petersen raised to 2,000. Action folded to Jason Mercier in the big blind and he reraised to 4,100. Petersen four-bet to 8,800 and then Mercier moved all in for 36,500. Petersen called.

Mercier flopped a jack and turned quads to make his double up nice and easy. He's now up to about 75,000 while Petersen was kicked back to 50,000.

Team PokerStars Pro Pius Heinz made a standard raise from the cutoff and Christophe Benzimra defended his big blind. The dealer laid {7-Spades} {6-Hearts} {6-Spades} on the flop and Benzimra check-called a 2,500 Heinz bet. The turn of {5-Spades} was checked through and we arrived at the {A-Hearts} on the river. Benzimra checked and as Heinz was making his river bet he folded his hand.

From the cutoff seat, Erik Seidel raised to 2,200. Marco Della Tommasina reraised from the small blind to 5,700. Action folded back to Seidel and he called to see the flop come down {8-Clubs} {7-Clubs} {5-Clubs} . Tommasina bet 5,800 and Seidel made the call.

The turn was the {10-Diamonds} and Tommasina bet 7,000. Seidel called again and the river was the {8-Spades} to pair the board. Tommasina checked with 25,000 behind and Seidel put him all in. Tommasina called with the {J-Diamonds} {J-Spades} , but lost to Seidel's {9-Spades} {8-Hearts} and was eliminated.

Smith won three small pots on the bounce, the last against Deeb.

Deeb raised to 2,500 from mid position and was called by Smith (hijack), and Seamus Cahill (big blind). The flop came down {6-Clubs} {6-Spades} {a-Clubs} and only Smith called Deeb's 3,500 continuation bet. The turn was {8-Clubs} and Deeb had had enough and check-folded to Smith's 4,500 bet.
