Zaichenko Pushes Fitoussi Out
We arrived at the table to find that Bruno Fitoussi (button) three-bet Andrey Zaichenko's (cutoff) opening raise to 1,400. Action folded back to Zaichenko and he four-bet to 4,300. Fitoussi called after a few moments and the flop came down

Zaichenko fired 5,600, but was unable to shake Fitoussi. When the 
turn fell, Zaichenko bet 10,500. Fitoussi gave it some thought but opted to lay it down.
