Jean-Noel Thorel opened to 55,000 first to act and got three callers. Everyone checked the flop to bring a board of 
on the turn. Charlie Carrel bet 155,000 into the field out of the small blind, and only Thorel called. On the 
river, Carrel fired a further 185,000, and no sooner had the bet escaped his fingertips than Thorel was moving all in for about 800,000 total. Carrel didn't seem too surprised as he smiled at the bet and exchanged banter in French and English with his opponent. Eventually, someone called the clock and Carrel used almost the entirety of the countdown before mucking. Thorel immediately moved to show, and Carrel knew what he was about to see.
"Oh, fuck," he said.
Sure enough, Thorel rolled over 
for a bluff, much to the enjoyment of the other players and the crowd.
"You're a hero, Jean," Carrel said.
"I think so," Noel responded.

Over on table 11, Viacheslav Buldygin has taken over control and was involved in most hands to build his stack significantly.

From the cutoff, Jean-Noel Thorel raised to 55,000. Juha Helppi, over on the button, announced his all-in for 476,000. Both blinds folded and Thorel called.

Action checked around to the button on the flop, where Charlie Carrel bet 105,000. Only Mustapha Kanit, in the big blind, wanted to keep playing.
The Italian check-called a further 275,000 on the turn, and the hit the river to make the board rife with possibility. Kanit checked quickly and Carrel thought a bit and announced all in. It looked to be a bet of about 800,000 to put Kanit to the test. After thinking for about a minute, he put in some chips to indicate a call.
Carrel showed for the nut flush. Kanit flashed the 
for a straight before mucking and leaving his seat.
Carrel is now the overwhelming chip leader.
Down to his last 180,000, Martin Kozlov pushed all in. His neighbor Paul Newey in the hijack asked for a count, counted his own stack, and repushed for 288,000. All other players folded and Kozlov got the bad news soon enough:

Charlie Carrel was the one raising it up to 55,000 from the cutoff. Small blind Mustapha Kanit called and so did big blind Jean-Noel Thorel. Both blinds checked on 
and Carrel bet 65,000. Kanit folded, Thorel called. Both then checked the on the turn before the on the river had Thorel bet 75,000.
