Masliankou Six-Bet Shoves as Big Stacks Collide

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Yury Masliankou
Yury Masliankou

The biggest pot of the tournament so far has taken place, and it didn't even get to a flop.

The action folded around to Giorgiy Skhulukhiya in the small blind who limped. Big blind Yury Masliankou raised to 140,000 and Skhulukhiya then three-bet to 390,000.

Masliankou made it 900,000 and Skhulukhiya then raised to 1,600,000. Masliankou took his time before announcing all in for 3,765,000.

Skhulukhiya tanked and had a very early clock called on him by someone at the table. The tournament official understandably gave him some more time and eventually, he announced fold allowing his Belarussian opponent to take down the pot and move above five million in chips.

Bilokur Bets Three Streets

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Artur Martirosyan was sat in the small blind and limped. Leonid Bilokur raised it up to 120,000 and Martirosyan called.

It then went check-call on every street on the {9-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{j-Hearts} board, 75,000 on the flop, 150,000 on the turn and 240,000 on the river. When Bilokur tabled {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} it was good for the pot and Martirosyan sent his cards into the muck.

Mikhail Khabarov Eliminated in 13th Place (RUB 511,000/$7,665)

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Mikhail Khaborov
Mikhail Khaborov

Mikhail Khabarov had moved all in the hand prior to this one, and from under the gun, he moved all in again for 300,000.

It folded to Kartik Ved in the small blind who moved all in over the top and the big blind folded.

Kartik Ved: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Mikhail Khabarov : {k-Spades}{5-Spades}

The flop came {4-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} with Ved still in front. The {a-Hearts} on the turn gave Ved top pair, but Khabarov could still make a wheel. However, the river was the {8-Diamonds} and he was eliminated.

Yaniv Peretz Eliminated in 14th Place (RUB 462,000 / $7,149)

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Day 1B chip leader Yaniv Peretz has busted after getting 195,000 chips all in with the better hand. At less than 5 big blinds though, the price was good for Giorgiy Skhulukhiya who was sat in the big blind.

Giorgiy Skhulukhiya: {k-Spades}{3-Hearts}
Yaniv Peretz: {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}

The first card out on the {k-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades} flop saw Skhulukhiya take the lead. The {6-Diamonds} turn and {8-Diamonds} river locked it up and Peretz's deep run came to an end.

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

On a {7-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{4-Hearts} board Sergey Petrushevskiy had bet 260,000 and opponent Yury Masliankou called.

The river was the {7-Diamonds}. Petrushevskiy took his time with his decision, so much so that the clock was called on him. Eventually, he checked and Masliankou checked behind.

Petrushevskiy showed {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for a pair of tens but Masliankou took down the pot with {q-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for top pair.

Martirosyan and Bilokur Get it in

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Artur Martirosyan was down to 500,000 on the nose at the start of the hand and when it folded to him on the button, he declared his all in. Leonid Bilokur threw a chip in from the small blind to signify a call and when the big blind folded, they turned over their hands.

Artur Martirosyan: {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}
Leonid Bilokur: {j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

The flop came {9-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}, giving Martirosyan top pair and Bilokur a double gutshot. The {k-Hearts} on the turn improved Martirosyan's hand but Bilokur's straight outs were still live. They didn't come on the {7-Diamonds} river and Martirosyan is back over the 1 million mark.
