flop, Steinbrenner check-raised from 60,000 to 200,000 and Caminita folded instantly.
Andrea Cortellazzi then opened to 150,000 in the cutoff to claim the blinds and big blind ante.
Caminita opened to 100,000 once more and Steinbrenner three-bet to 300,000 on the button, finding no resistance.
Last but not least, Gab Yong Kim pushed for 630,000 in the small blind and Caminita asked for an exact count before forfeiting his big blind.
