Glogar Starts With a Preflop Shove

Level 2 : 100/100, 100 ante

On a recently opened table with late arrivals, Alexander Glogar three-bet to 1,600. Keith Lehr then four-bet to 5,400 only for Glogar to rather swiftly push all-in.

"How much did I start with?" Lehr asked and counted his chips, then engaged in some table chat with his table neighbour. Eventually, Lehr folded and Glogar raked in the pot. The same table also features Axel Hallay and Vlada Stojanovic as well and the Day 1a field has now surpassed 200 entries.

Higher Two Pair for Szecsi

Level 2 : 100/100, 100 ante

Steven van Zadelhoff raised to 300 from under the gun and Norbert Szecsi in the middle position, Andreas Boelling in the cutoff , and Charlie Carrel in the big blind all made the call.

They all checked through the {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop to the {q-Spades} on the turn. It was checked to Szecsi who bet 800 which only Carrel called.

The {10-Clubs} completed the board and they both checked again. Carrel showed the {a-Hearts}{5-Clubs} for two pair but Szecsi held the {9-Spades}{9-Clubs} for the pot.

Koleno Takes From Rezaei

Level 2 : 100/100, 100 ante

Heads-up to the {6-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{q-Clubs} turn, Armin Rezaei check-called a bet worth 2,700 by Stanislav Koleno on a table filled with notable late entries. The duo headed to the {5-Diamonds} on the river and Rezaei checked once more. Koleno now made it 6,000 to go and that won the pot uncontested, as Rezaei opted to fold.

Sandev Chips Up

Level 2 : 100/100, 100 ante

Heads-up to the {j-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop, Kalidou Sow made it 1,300 to go once Georgi Sandev had checked. Sandev then had other plans and check-raised to 4,000 for Sow to reluctantly fold.

One hand later, a three-way pot emerged to the {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} turn on which Silviu Baltateanu bet 400. Only Sandev called and did so again for 1,000 on the {j-Spades} river. Baltateanu tabled the {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds} for counterfeited two pair which Sandev had beat with the {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}.

Andreas Boelling raised from under the gun to 300, the player in the hijack called, and Charlie Carrel from the cutoff. The player in the big blind attempted to call but put actually put out a bet of 1,100, which re-opened the action.

Boelling then made it 2,800 to go, which folded out the hijack. However, Carrel put in a raise to 8,500 after receiving confirmation from the dealer if he could re-enter. Boelling paused for a few moments before moving all-in for 12,500 in total; Carrel called.

Andreas Boelling: {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}
Charlie Carrel: {5-Spades}{5-Hearts}
