Bruno Volkmann opened to 16,000 from the cutoff and was called by Jonathan Proudfoot in the big blind.

Proudfoot check-called for 8,000 on the flop, which brought in the turn. Proudfoot check-jammed for 195,000 after Volkmann sized up to 50,000. Volkmann quickly called.

Proudfoot had the bottom end of the straight while Volkmann was ahead with his king-high straight. Only another king would keep Proudfoot alive but the river improved Volkmann to Broadway to bring the tournament to the final 20 players.
