Audoubert's River Check-Jam Bluff Doesn't Get Through Guerrini

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

A big hand took place at Table 25 that kicked off with Frederic Audoubert opening to 3,000 before Michele Guerrini three-bet to 10,500 from the next seat. Audoubert called.

Audoubert checked on the flop of {4-Clubs}{3-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and Guerrini continued for 10,500. Audoubert called. Audoubert then led out for 11,500 on the {a-Clubs} turn and Guerrini called.

The river brought the {9-Hearts} and Audoubert checked to mark yet another change in flow in the unconventional hand. Guerrini bet 23,500 and Audoubert check-jammed a stack of 88,000. Guerrini went in the tank and eventually called.

Audoubert tabled {10-Hearts}{10-Spades} for a pair of tens, but it wasn't enough to beat the top pair of Guerrini with {a-Spades}{q-Hearts} and he was eliminated.

"Great call!" someone at the table commented.

Lovik's Luck Runs Out

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Phachara Wongwichit opened to 3,500 from the cutoff and then called the 44,000 jam from Pal Lovik.

Pal Lovik: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}
Phachara Wongwichit: {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}

Lovik was unable to connect on the {k-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop but picked up Royal Flush draw following the {10-Diamonds} turn.

A few 'ooooohs' were generated by the table but the excitement quickly fizzled out after the {2-Hearts} completed the board.

Set No Good for Szeczsi

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Norbert Szecsi
Norbert Szecsi

Action was caught on the {j-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop with around 40,000 in the pot.

Branislav Pindroch checked from early position before Mirand Murseli bet 17,500 from middle position. Norbert Szecsi then jammed for 30,500 from the hijack which sent Mike Neuens into the tank from the button. Neuens found the fold as did Pindroch but Murseli made the call.

Norbert Szecsi: {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Mirand Murseli: {j-Clubs}{6-Clubs}

Szecsi was head with a set but Murseli made a flush following the {2-Clubs} turn to become the favorite. The {3-Clubs} river completed the board to send Szecsi on his way out.
