Day 2 Completed
Marius Kudzmanas leads the final 20 players at the end of Day 2 in the €10,300 EPT Prague High Roller here at the PokerStars European Poker Tour Prague in the Hilton Prague hotel.
Kudzmanas will be going to sleep feeling blessed as the Lithunian cracked aces twice with his pockets kings in his road to being end of day chip leader. He first accomplished it mid-way through the day in a three-way all in and then again later in the day to burst the bubble.
Other notable players who managed to secure a bag included super high roller Mike Watson (575,000), online grinder Conor Beresford (720,000) and WSOP Main Event Europe winner Jack Sinclair (490,000).

Day 2 Action
Today was the day of aces getting cracked. It started early in the day when Mike Watson rivered a set of sevens against Fahredin Mustafov's pocket rockets to double up after Mustafov jammed the river.
Next to crack aces was the end-of-day chip leader Marius Kudzmanas who got his pocket kings in against Jonathan Proudfoot's kings and Hossein Ensan's ace ten. Kudzmanas managed to score a double knockout as he rivered a straight to become the biggest stack in the room. Kudzmanas managed to further build his stack as he soon picked up an ace himself and managed to eliminate Orpen Kisacikoglu as the money went in preflop against his ace king.
Aces seem to work well for one Davidi Kitai as he got in the same situation as Kudzmanas did earlier but this time Kudzmanas had the ace king to double Kitai up.
There was a prolonged bubble as only 39 places will be in the money however the bubble was eventually burst when Tom Kunze four-bet all in with his pocket aces. Unfortunately, he was up against a man with experience in cracking aces in Kudzmanas who once again cracked aces with his pocket kings when a king came in the window to burst the bubble.
Some big names started to fall after the bubble burst including Juha Helppi (37th - €17,970), Sam Greenwood (29th - €20,700) and Roland Rokita (27th - €23,810).
Kudzmanas continued to stay a big stack by the time players bagged but pocket aces would once again benefit Davidi Kitai as he managed to triple up in the last hand of the night while Danilo Velasevic was eliminated in the process. Kitai finished in 8th place in this event back at EPT London and will be hoping to make a reappearance at the final table here in Prague.
Stay tuned to PokerNews for all the action tomorrow from 12:00 p.m. local time where blinds will start at 10,000/15,000 with a 15,000 big blind ante. PokerNews will cover all the key hands until a champion is crowned!
