Daci Doesn't Pull Trigger, Kalev Scoops

Level 18 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Action began on the turn in a heads-up pot with a board showing {2-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades}. About 100,000 sat in the middle.

From under the gun, Petar Kalev led for 75,000. Sitting on the button, Arjel Daci, put in the call to head to the final card.

The river brought the {k-Spades}. Kalev decided not to continue, checking it over instead. Daci thought for his full 30 seconds before his hand was ruled a check behind.

Kalev rolled over {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for ace high, and that was the winner. Kalev threw his hands up, seemingly upset at himself for not betting the river, then tapped the table as his opponent raked the pot.

Bogusz Gets Three Streets of Value

Level 18 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Karol Bogusz
Karol Bogusz

Karol Bogusz opened to 17,000 from early position and picked up a single caller in Namhyung Kim from the big blind.

On a flop of {a-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades}, Kim check-called the 13,000 continuation bet from Bogusz and the two players headed to the turn.

The turn came the {q-Spades} and Kim checked his option. This time Bogusz fired out 36,000 and Kim called.

The dealer fanned the {3-Clubs} on the river, completing the board and Kim checked for the third time. Bogusz reached for chips once more betting 49,000 and Kim went into the tank. After using a time bank card he threw out a single chip to signify a call and mucked quickly when Bogusz showed {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}.

Saccucci Wins a Three-Bet Pot

Level 18 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Maksim Shornikau opened to 16,000 from the hijack and Jordan Saccucci re-raised to 40,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Shornikau called to see a flop of {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{6-Hearts}.

Both players checked through to the {4-Spades} on the turn and the {2-Diamonds} on the river. Shornikau checked for the third time and Saccucci chose not to seek any value as he also checked. Shornikau tabled {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds} but Saccucci held {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} to claim the pot.

Labat Busts, Drawing Dead With Aces on Turn

Level 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Action picked up on the turn with 142,000 in the middle and a board of {j-Spades}{2-Spades}{10-Spades}{5-Diamonds}.

Antoine Labat {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} was in middle position and checked the third spade to his sole opponent, Conor Beresford {a-Spades}{3-Spades} in the cutoff. Beresford bet 42,000. Labat thought for a while before check-raising all in to 168,000. Beresford made the call with the nuts and Labat was drawing dead.

The inconsequential {3-Hearts} river made it official as Labat headed off of the feature table and to the payout window.

Benjamin Lebor
Benjamin Lebor

Benjamin Lebor raised to 13,000 from under the gun and Petr Svoboda three-bet to 60,000 from late position. Action folded back around to Lebor to consider his options.

"I just had a Red Bull and sat down," Lebor said to Svoboda. "And you do this to me."

"Not nice."

After a few more moments of thought, Lebor got away from it to give the pot to Svoboda.
