Aido Takes One

Level 2 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

In a pot of 19,500 on a {k-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop, Timothy Adams check-called a bet of 5,000 in the cutoff from Sergio Aido on the button.

The {2-Diamonds} hit the turn and both players checked their options to the {a-Hearts} river. After some thought by both players, action was checked to a showdown.

Adams rolled over {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts} while Aido had {k-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for a better pair and the winning hand.

Mikita Badziakouski
Mikita Badziakouski

In five-handed action, Mikita Badziakouski opened to 3,500 from the hijack and was called by Vladimir Korzinin on the button and Aleksejs Ponakovs in the big blind.

The flop came {10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and Badziakouski continued for 2,000. Korzinin raised the flop on Badziakouski for the second straight hand, this time for 8,000. Ponakovs called and so did Badziakouski.

The turn brought the {j-Clubs} and Ponakovs lead out for 10,000. Badziakouski called, leaving 20,000 chips behind while Korzinin got out of the way.

The river brought the {7-Clubs} and Ponakovs would check over to the Belarusian, who put in his four remaining blue chips. Ponakovs would need 90 seconds, utilizing two of his time bank cards, before eventually making the fold.

Badziakouski Takes Down Antoher Pot

Level 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Mikita Badziakouski opened for 3,500 from the cutoff and Daniel Dvoress defended his big blind.

On the {6-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop, Badziakouski continued for 2,500. Dvoress made the call.

Both players would go on to check the {q-Diamonds} turn.

The river brought the {10-Diamonds} and after Dvoress checked over to Badziakouski, the Belarusian took his full allotted 30 seconds before thumping his fist on the table to close the action. Dvoress flipped over {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades} but it wasn't enough as Badziakouski tabled {q-Spades}{j-Hearts} for a pair of queens and the win.
