. From the big blind, Alessandro Grilli led for 8,500 into a pot of about 30,000. Christoph Vogelsang was in early position and raised to 26,000 and after some deliberation, Grilli called.

. The river was a long affair as Grilli took a while before checking, Vogelsang then took longer to bet 54,000 which was all of his stack except for one 500 chip behind and Grilli then went deep into the tank. After about four minutes he called.

The next hand, Kuipers raised to 4,000 from the hijack and the button flat-called before Liu three-bet to 18,000 from the small blind. Kuipers called this time, while the button folded.
The flop landed 
and Liu checked. Kuipers bet 13,000 and Liu leaned on the rail of the table as she received a head massage. She eventually called.
Liu checked again on the turn and Kuipers sized up to 70,000. Liu laid it down.
