Abitbol Makes Right Call

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Action was picked up on the river with the board reading {q-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}. From the cutoff, Max-Dilschad Hissou bet 155,000 into a pot of about 280,000.

Raphael Abitbol considered it for a few moments before he ultimately called. Hissou showed ace-high with the {a-Clubs}{3-Clubs} which Abitbol had beat with the {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}.

Kulev Four-Bet Jams Way to a Huge Double

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Alex Kulev opened to 40,000 in middle position and Elias Abussamra flat-called from the cutoff before Jason McConnon three-bet to 160,000 on the button.

Kulev thought for awhile and put in a four-bet jam with his stack of 900,000. Abussamra snap-folded and McConnon called after a moment's thought.

Alex Kulev: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
Jason McConnon: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

McConnon had his opponent dominated and took out his phone to film the carnage as the flop came {j-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} to give both players pairs and gutshots and McConnon a flush draw. Kulev picked up a flush draw himself on the {6-Diamonds} turn and the {q-Spades} appeared on the river to give him trips for a big double-up as McConnon continued to film the board in disbelief.

Choi Decimantes Wiborg

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Andreas Wiborg's once large stack was spotted being carved away from him as his {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} appeared to be the victim of a rocket attack.

Kevin Choi had the {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades} and was watching as his large haul was being counted out. The board read {7-Spades}{5-Hearts}{k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{8-Hearts}, showing that Wiborg had gained some hope on the flop with the king but the brutal bad beat was not to be as Choi benefitted from finding aces at just the right time.

Sevens All Over the Place

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Action came in on a board of {7-Clubs}{7-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}. From middle position, Oren Rosen bet 60,000 into a pot of about 90,000. Kasper Wurtz was in the big blind. He had Rosen well covered and raised all in to put Rosen to the test. Rosen thought for a while before he eventually laid it down.

After the fold, two different players made genuine claims that they had folded a seven which got some laughs from the table.

"You had a seven, he had a seven, all the sevens out there!" exclaimed Wurtz as he collected the pot.

Silva Eliminates Kamp

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Action folded around to Rafael Navas on the button who raised to 325,000. Johanna Kamp was in the small blind and called for less while Gustavo Vioto Silva moved all in for slightly more. Navas made the call.

Johanna Kamp: {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Gustavo Vioto Silva: {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Rafael Navas: {a-Diamonds}{7-Spades}

The flop came {k-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Spades} which put Silva ahead. However the turn of the {a-Hearts} put both Silva and Kamp at risk of elimination. However Silva was saved as the river came the {k-Spades} giving him trips and more than a double up as Kamp was eliminated.

Rajkovic Takes Heaps From Tkaczyk With Aces Over Kings

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

The debris from a big hand collision was still being strewn across the table as the dealer counted out the chips.

Adi Rajkovic's {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades} was showing as the winner against the {k-}{k-} of Adrian Tkaczyk which had just been turned faced down as the defeated hand.

The board showed a safe one for the rockets, {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{3-Spades}{3-Hearts}{8-Spades} as Tkaczyk was forced to surrender a decent portion of his stack.
