Desset Heating Up

Constantin Visan raised it in the hijack to 1,600. He was called by Sebastian Hoyos in the cutoff, before Andrej Desset reraised to 5,200 on the button. Hoyos folded, Visan made the call and it was heads up to the flop.

It came K♥4♦3♥, and both players checked.

Visan again checked the J♠ turn, but Desset turned up the aggression with a 7,200 bet, which was called.

The 8♠ hit on the river, and Visan checked for a third straight street. Desset made it 11,100, which was enough to get a quick fold out of the Romanian and scoop a large pot.

Sandro Pitzanti raised in early position to 2,000, Fabio Le Rose to his direct left called, as did Giuseppe Ruocco in the small blind. Vinicius De Paula Rodrigues in the big blind squeezed to 9,500. Only Pitzanti and Le Rose called.

Three-ways to a flop that came 8♣3♣2♣. Rodrigues tanked for some time before eventually continuing for 5,500. Only Pitzanti called.

The J♣ slowed down Rodrigues who checked and then folded to a bet of 7,000 from Pitzanti.

The flop came Q♠Q♣4♦ and Hatteberg check-called a 4,000 continuation bet from Da Silva.

Both players checked through the 6♣ turn and 5♠ river.

Da Silva showed down A♠K♦ for just ace-high which was enough to take the pot down.

Ramon Fernandez Munos opened to 1,600 opened to 1,600 from early position and received a call from Edgar Almeida Rachi from the hijack before Luis Ramirez three-bet to 4,500 from the button. Both opponents elected to call.

Munos led out with a 5,900 bet on the Q♣8♥3♦ flop, putting himself all in. Rachi got out of the way and Ramirez made the call to put Munos at risk.

Peter Tordai opened to 1,600 in the high jack. He was then raised by Radu Burca to 4,400 on the button. Tordai then put in the four-bet, making it 10,000 and sending Burca into the tank. Eventually, the Romanian slid all of his chips into the middle in a five-bet jam, prompting a swift fold from Tordai.

Kassouf decided to take the lead with a bet of 7,100. Dominica and El Mechraa folded while Gonzalez tossed in the call.

"Queen high" Kassouf announced as he flashed the Q♠ to the table. Gonzalez showed A♥J♥ for just ace-high, winning him this pot.

The A♠ turn was checked again by Alsuwaidi, who ultimately folded following a 7,700 bet by Capannoli that saw the Italian take down the pot.
