D'Ambrosio had A♥10♥ for a straight draw and a flush draw, while Leuver showed A♣Q♣ for a pair of queens. D'Ambrosio pleaded for the J♥, but the 6♥ that did fall was just as good as he completed his flush to double up.

At the same time at an adjacent table, Robin Groenlie was all in on a flop of 8♥2♦Q♥ and up against Janne Nevalainen.

Both Lukasz Ratajczyk in the small blind and Quoc-Phong Tran in the big blind checked the action over to Samuel Stranak, who was under the gun. Stranak moved all in for his last 22,000. Ratajczyk called and Tran folded.

D'Alterio Makes the Right Call

Luigi D'Alterio raised to 3,000 from under the gun, then called when Joaquin Subirada three-bet to 7,500 in the hijack.

Both players checked the J♦J♠9♠ flop and D'Alterio also checked the 6♦ turn. Subirada bet out 4,500 and D'Alterio called.

The river came the A♠ and Subirada shoved all in for 22,000. D'Alterio picked up some of his chips and began twirling them between his fingers as he tanked for nearly three minutes before calling.

Subirada tossed his K♠Q♣ into the middle of the table and got up from his seat as D'Alterio showed A♦9♦ to send him to the rail.

Einbinder and Erceg both checked on the A♥K♠7♠ flop and again on the 4♠ turn. Einbinder then bet 6,500 on the 6♠ river to bring a fold from Erceg.

Einbinder showed J♥J♠ for a jack-high flush to beat out the pair of aces of Alleg with A♣5♣ to send the Frenchman to the rail.
