Tough Fold On The River For State

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Adrian State
Adrian State

Action folded to Adrian State in the small blind, who limped and saw an almost free flop after Felipe Morelli checked his option in the big blind.

Both players checked on the 9A10 board and moved on to the turn 7 where Morelli bet 25,000. But State decided to check-raise to 100,000. Morelli eventually called.

On the river 6, State took the lead and bet 25,000. But next to him, Morelli was the one who raised this time. He bet 105,000 and put State into the tank.

The Romanian player spread his time banks in front of him, and the dealer took at least five of them from the pile. Clearly struggling, State chose to fold and let the pot go to Morelli.

Winsor Doubles Through Dato

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Benjamin Winsor
Benjamin Winsor

Andrea Dato opened to 45,000 on the button and action folded to Benjamin Winsor in the big blind, who shoved for his last 315,000. Dato quickly called to put Winsor at risk and hands were revealed.

Benjamin Winsor: K8
Andrea Dato: AQ

Dato held a slight lead, but Winsor flopped the world on the 893 flop — giving him both a pair and a flush draw to take the lead.

The 2 turn and 4 river changed nothing and Winsor doubled up through Dato.

Meanwhile, Maksim Vaskresenski and Dominik Panka were eliminated at other tables.
