Fast Begins Comeback, Fills Up on Bergutay

Level 16 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Erkal Bergutay moved all in for 29,000 in the cutoff and Dietrich Fast called on the button.

Erkal Bergutay: K9
Dietrich Fast: 66

The AA6 flop was a disaster for Bergutay as Fast made a full house. Bergutay was already getting up from his seat as the dealer exposed the 10 turn and A river, sealing his elimination a few spots short of the money as Fast got back some of the chips he lost in his massive encounter earlier with Alexandr Dusco.

Bayer Falls to Smiljkovic

Level 16 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Mathias Bayer was down to 8,000 and open-jammed from the cutoff before Daniel Smiljkovic three-bet to 20,000 in the small blind to get things heads up.

Daniel Smiljkovic: A2
Mathias Bayer: A8

"Chop?" asked Smiljkovic as Bayer shrugged with indifference.

The flop of 686 did indeed create some chop opportunities, but the board then finished out 4K to keep Bayer ahead and to mark Smiljkovic's elimination with the money bubble looming.

Dusco Cracks Aces to Build Massive Lead

Level 16 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Alexandr Dusco
Alexandr Dusco

As the rest of the field was heading off on break, Stoyan Obreshkov bet 9,000 from the cutoff on a flop of K4J before Alexandr Dusco raised to 37,000 in the big blind.

Obreshkov called to the 3 turn, where Dusco moved all in. Obreshkov quickly called for his last 80,000 and turned over AA, but Dusco had K4 for two pair.

The K river improved Dusco to a full house and sent Obreshkov to the rail. "Sorry," Dusco told him on his way out.

"Don't worry. Good luck," Obreshkov replied.

Vladas Tamasauskas

On the first hand back from break, Jan Muller pushed all in for his last 67,000 from the cutoff. Vladas Tamasauskas asked for a count on the button before reshoving as the rest of the table got out of the way.

Jan Muller: AK
Vladas Tamasauskas: QQ

Muller picked up a straight draw on the 5J10 flop but improved no further on the 9 turn or J river as Tamasauskas' queens sent him to the exit a few spots short of the money.

Bouquet Makes Quads; Zhou Shoves on Zaika

Level 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Emin Mugulov three-bet to 43,000 in the small blind before Rui Bouquet four-bet to 66,000 in the cutoff. Mugulov called and they saw a flop of KK4.

Bouquet then continued for 15,000 and Mugulov called. Both players checked the 3 turn.

The river came the 4 and Mugulov announced he was all in. Bouquet practically beat him into the pot with his last 92,000 and turned over KK for flopped quads.

A collective "wow" arose from the table as even Mugulov had to stop and take a picture of the board before giving up the pot.

At the same time at another table, Yiannis Liperis raised to 14,000 and was called by Andrii Zaika before Quan Zhou three-bet to 43,000 on the button.

Only Zaika called to the 4Q2 flop, where Zhou bet another 28,000. Zaika called and the K fell on the turn. Zhou then slid forward a tower of chips to put Zaika all in, and Zaika quickly folded.
